The recent change in affordable housing policies will bring in another real estate boom not only in the Delhi NCR region, other than also in Mumbai, Pune, Calcutta, Chennai, Bangalore, etc. Modi government has given additional inducement to the sector like extra FAR, recreation in inhabitant’s solidity, along with a new definition of reasonable housing, which is now pegged with the price bracket of units in the range of Rs 50-60 lakh.

This location which comes under the jurisdiction of the Greater Noida authority is ready to deliver 2.5-3 lakh urbanized homes in the near future.
Some of the big residential projects here are Supertech’s Eco Village1 and Eco Village2, Antriksh’s Antriksh Forest, Ajnara Group’s Ajnara Home, Amrapali Group’s Laser Park, Laser Valley, etc.
With better connectivity and the quick speed of infrastructural expansion, the 165km-long Yamuna Expressway is among the top destinations for affordable section of accommodation projects.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEA) has launched above 7,000 affordable houses here with strategy to build up many more in the near future; YEA is also setting housing, marketable, industrial, and institutional and entertainment zones, apart from a gas-based power plant.
Apart from YEA, numerous realty players like ATS, Gaursons, Oriss Infrastructures, Supertech, Ajnara, Cosmic, etc, have begun with their budget homes in the range of Rs 20-40 lakh here.
Once essential road and rail network like linking roads, traffic, transportation, etc, is enhanced, the rising area of NH-24 will be one of the major locations for reasonable houses.
Real estate majors such as Wave Infratech, SARE Homes, Landcraft, Ashiana Homes, Ascent Build well, Aditya Group etc, have launched their projects here with some ready to bring the units.
Raj Nagar Extension
Raj Nagar Extension has vast tracts of land available for creation and is measured as one of most reasonable real estate hotspots for both end users and investors. The area is witnessing a pattern move with high-rises flattering a customary mark of the area’s skyline.
